Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LiftMate. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LiftMate mobile application and companion website, which are owned and operated by Gaurang Singh, operating as the registered business entity Prime Numbers.

1. User Accounts

To access certain features of the LiftMate platform (such as booking passes or joining the community), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Services and Bookings

LiftMate provides a platform to connect fitness enthusiasts and facilitate bookings for gym sessions, memberships, and related fitness services with third-party partners. All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms of the partner gym/facility.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for bookings, tokens, or subscriptions on LiftMate are processed securely via our integrated payment gateways (such as Razorpay, BillDesk, or Google Play Billing). You agree to pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

LiftMate offers optional premium subscriptions ("LiftMate Premium Monthly" and "LiftMate Premium Elite") available via Google Play Billing. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Google Play Store account settings after purchase.

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, harassing other users, posting misleading profile information, or attempting to compromise the security of the application.

6. Third-Party Services

LiftMate integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Mapbox (maps and location), Razorpay/BillDesk (payments), and Google Play Billing (subscriptions). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. LiftMate is not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings section inside the LiftMate mobile application or by contacting us at liftmateteam@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

LiftMate is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while using the platform or visiting any partner gym/facility. Users are advised to exercise caution and consult with fitness professionals before starting any workout program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of LiftMate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
