Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing LiftMate, owned and operated by Gaurang Singh, operating as the registered business entity Prime Numbers. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully before making a purchase or booking a pass on our platform.

1. Booking Cancellations & Refunds

• Single Pass Bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled gym slot are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the slot are non-refundable.
• Membership/Trainer Subscriptions: Subscriptions booked through LiftMate can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been availed or checked-in. After 48 hours, subscriptions are non-refundable.

2. Token Packages

Purchase of token bundles (used for booking gym sessions and amenities within the LiftMate App) is final and non-refundable. Tokens do not expire and will remain in your user profile balance.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to liftmateteam@gmail.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Your Booking/Transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
