• Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, age, gender, and profile photo, that you voluntarily give us when you register or contact us.
• Workout Waffles: Media uploads (photos) that you select and post to your private Workout Waffles stories feed.
• Location Information: We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device to provide location-based services (such as finding nearby gym buddies, trainers, and official partners).
• Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera, photo library, and activity tracking/motion sensor.

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you allows us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Connect you with other gym buddies and partners based on location and fitness goals.
• Render and display your private Workout Waffles stories to your matched fitness connections.
• Calculate precise distance details between matches on the interactive map.
• Process bookings and transactions securely.
• Increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not share your location or personal data with third parties unless required for the operation of the service. Your location coordinates are encrypted and restricted via Row-Level Security (RLS) on our backend databases, ensuring other users can only query relative distances, not absolute addresses, unless you explicitly choose to connect. Workout Waffles (Stories): Any media or photos you upload as a Workout Waffles story are strictly private and shared only with your matched connections (buddies); they are not shared publicly and are not visible to unmatched users.

4. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

5. Account & Data Deletion Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can initiate this request by:

• Navigating to the account settings section inside the LiftMate mobile application and selecting "Delete Account", or
• Sending an email request directly to our support team at liftmateteam@gmail.com.

Upon receiving your request, your personal profile, credentials, location logs, and Workout Waffles uploads will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

LiftMate uses the following third-party services to operate. Each service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data:

• Supabase — Database hosting, user authentication, and file storage.
• Google Sign-In — Account authentication via your Google account.
• Mapbox — Map rendering and location-based gym/buddy search.
• Razorpay / BillDesk — Secure payment processing for gym bookings.
• Google Play Billing — In-app subscription purchases on Android devices.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery for contact form submissions.

7. Payment & Financial Data

LiftMate does not store your full credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials. All payment processing is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners (Razorpay, BillDesk, or Google Play Billing). We only store transaction IDs, amounts, and payment status for your booking history.

8. Children's Privacy

LiftMate is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
